The room is very clean and the staff is very good i like the location it's very near with the restaurants shopping center and massage i plan to come back and stay again in this hotel 👍❤️🩹😍❤️

I would prefer this for their best location, as main Shopping area is near by, 7/11, atm, massage parlors, food stalls etc. the hotel management is also professional, rooms are small and no life but they help you with luggage.best part is pantry where you can drink tea coffee water and snacks for free. I would love to visit again

Very disappointing stay – not recommended I had a very unpleasant experience at Pratunam Family House 2. The room was extremely dimly lit, making it uncomfortable even during the day. There was no toilet paper provided, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. There was also no fridge, causing inconvenience for even a short stay. The door lock felt unsafe, and there was a power outage, leaving us without electricity. Because of the poor room's size layout and space, I couldn’t even properly open my luggage. Tiny.. The place was also very noisy, with thin walls that offer no soundproofing at all. On top of that, there is no lift, which is a big problem if you have heavy luggage or stay on higher floors. It is super inconvenient climbing 4 storeys high daily. Overall, the conditions do not match even basic hotel standards. I would not recommend this place and will not stay here again.
