Pratunam residence hotel No water service for 24 hrs. No toilet used, no shower . No one take responsibility for it That hotel is really terrible hotel I have ever been. No responsibility, neglected by staffs , bad experience. 10 out of -1. Guys better choose other one .

I stayed at Pratunam Residence Hotel on July 26, 2025. Unfortunately, the water supply was shut off starting around 2:30 PM that day. We reported the issue to the reception, and they contacted a service company, but the problem remained unresolved. We left for the evening and returned around midnight, expecting the issue to have been fixed—but there was still no water. With no other options, we had to stay the night under those conditions. We woke up early the next morning, only to find the situation unchanged. Throughout this entire experience, neither the management nor the boss taken any serious action to solve it. I don’t write negative reviews lightly, but this was a very disappointing and inconvenient experience that future guests should be aware of.
