My experience with the customer service at Princeton Hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unreasonable. What shocked me the most was that they charged us extra for a very silly reason — simply because one of the towels was wet. Towels are obviously meant to be used, so penalizing guests for a wet towel is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of handling the situation politely or explaining their policy respectfully, the staff behaved very rudely and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Their attitude was dismissive and lacked basic customer service skills. As paying guests, we expected respectful treatment, but unfortunately the experience was the exact opposite. Overall, the way they treated us was unacceptable. Charging guests for something as normal as a wet towel and then responding with such rude behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and respectful stay.

During my recent stay, I was shocked to be charged 400 baht for a dirty hand towel. The towel had makeup on it because I used it to wipe my makeup sponge. The hotel didn't even bother to wash it before charging me. When I brought this to the hotel's attention, they insisted on the charge, which I found unreasonable. Aside from this issue, the room was okay, and the service was generally acceptable. However, this experience significantly impacted my overall impression. I believe it's important for hotels to address cleanliness issues promptly and fairly. I would advise future guests to carefully inspect all provided linens upon arrival and be aware that they may be charged for any stains, regardless of whether the hotel made an effort to clean them. This policy seems unfair and ruined an otherwise average stay.

I recently stayed at Princeton Hotel Bangkok, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. From the moment I checked in, everything felt disorganized and unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, as if guests were an inconvenience rather than customers. There was no warmth, no courtesy — just cold, careless service. The room was extremely disappointing. Poor cleanliness, outdated furniture, and a general feeling of neglect. It did not feel like a place that is properly maintained. Basic standards of comfort and hygiene were clearly missing. Facilities were either poorly maintained or not functioning properly. What was shown online did not match reality. The overall environment felt dull, poorly managed, and far below expectation. For the price paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it. I would strongly advise future travelers to think twice before booking here. There are many better options in Bangkok that offer far better service, comfort, and professionalism. Very poor. Extremely disappointing. Not recommended.
