I will never go to PSK again. I had an appointment for teeth cleaning and polishing on 25.2.2026. I was on time. The dentist was 30 minutes late. The entire procedure took 10 minutes. In advance the admin wrote it would cost between 900 and 2000 Baht. For 10 minutes, I paid 2000 Baht (or 12,000 Baht per hour calculated). At Bangkok Hospital (Dentist) I could have gotten a package for 2,750 Dental Exam, Bitewing x-rays, Teeth cleaning.

I was extremely disappointed after teeth whitening service at that clinic! First of all, nurses that assist dentists don’t speak English at all. They always call for a someone that can translate from English to Thai which is very weird. During my teeth whitening they put a lamp into my mouth and simply left the room!!! I heard that a dentist had already started to consult another patient while my treatment wasn’t finished yet!!! Suddenly , I felt strong pain and didn’t know how to ask for help since there was nobody in the room!!! I started to make hand noise to attract their attention and staff asked me stupid questions about my feelings. I couldn’t reply in a proper way since my mouth was full of teeth whitening stuff! Also, during my call the receptionist said that clinic has no zoom whitening and they use laser system instead of zoom, however, when we started whitening I saw zoom box with whitening tools that used for my treatment. In addition, they took pics of my teeth before and after. However, stuff didn’t want to show me the results until I asked for them. Secondly, I didn’t give any permission for photo shoot, and they didn’t ask for it. Worst dental dental service so far! I hope the owner of clinic will keep in touch with me asap and try to figure out.
