I stayed in a Pure Eleven Premier Room and really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. I loved the small welcome touch with the towel folded into a swan — it was a lovely surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of options, and the restaurant staff were attentive and polite. The lobby is large and comfortable, giving a nice first impression. The hotel offers great value for money and is located in a central area near Pratunam, with easy access to transportation and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A decent hotel with a great location — just a short walk to Platinum Mall and CentralWorld, which makes it super convenient for shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful, and they even provide a welcome drink, which is a nice touch after a long day. The only downside is that the access roads can get a bit jammed, especially during peak hours. Overall, a solid stay with good service and a prime location.

Room was clean. Water pressure in the bathroom was low. Service was average, but the bell boys were very active and did their job well. Is located close to shopping centers, but otherwise requires quite some walking to reach here.

3.5/5, good thing is very peaceful and quiet during night, unlikes other area in pratunam. Bad thing is the water heater water need some time to heat up and the room aircon either too cold or too hot. Cant adjust temperature , only can adjust fan speed or mode. Overall still a ok stay for this. For the deposit can give either 1000 baht or 150 ringgit.

The staff are nice and very kind. I stayed on the 5th floor. The door makes a noise when you open it (the room across from mine was the same) — it sounds like an old door. If the door isn’t properly closed, it beeps like an alarm, but it’s hard to tell whether it’s fully shut or not. I woke up a few times during the night hearing my neighbor’s door beeping like an alarm. The place is great and conveniently located near the market. However, you can hear tuk-tuks speeding by very loudly at night. When I asked for my room to be cleaned, I noticed it wasn’t done thoroughly — the leftover tea in my cup was still there, and the used, wet tissues hadn’t been removed from the table.
