Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Bangkok

First of all, a big compliment to the entire team. Everyone was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Our room was always cool and the air conditioning worked perfectly. But the best part was definitely the breakfast. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this one really topped them all. There was everything from Asian to Indian to European food, fresh juices, hot drinks, fruit, salads, and you could also order freshly prepared hot dishes like omelettes or fried eggs. Huge compliments for that. The pool was also great – very quiet, with a beautiful view and even a pool bar.

Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok was one of the most comfortable stays we’ve had in the Radisson Blu chain across different countries. The hotel feels well-run and genuinely guest-focused, with staff who are consistently helpful, polite, and easy to deal with. The location is another strong point: it’s convenient for getting around Bangkok without the constant hassle of long transfers, which makes a big difference in a busy city. Comfort is where this property really stands out. The room was quiet, the bed was excellent, and the overall setup felt practical rather than “styled but inconvenient.” After long days out, coming back here actually felt like a reset. Public areas were clean and calm, and the atmosphere was more relaxed than many central Bangkok hotels. If you’ve stayed at other Radisson Blu properties, this one holds up extremely well—and for us, it ranks near the top for comfort. We’d happily return, especially for the combination of location, service, and an easy, stress-free stay.

I spent two weeks in a Business Room, and it was a truly relaxing and peaceful experience. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the lounge drinks and canapes were excellent. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff—their kindness and attentiveness in the restaurant and lounge are remarkable. Also, a special thank you for the swan towel decor and the cake for my wife’s birthday on our first day. It made our stay unforgettable. See you next year!
