Location is great- quiet street with easy access to everything. There’s a LOT going on in Bangkok, and most of the hotels are right in the heart of the chaos. Believe me- being able to stay in a quiet place, and go into the chaos on your own terms, with an easy commute, is significantly better than just being surrounded by noise and pollution consistently. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are exceptional and modern and well thought through. The only gripe I have is not having a remote for the air con. It’s controlled by a panel on the wall, which means I either have to have it on throughout the night (which I hate) or off completely. I don’t have the flexibility to use it incrementally throughout the night. This is a very tiny issue compared with the standard of detail and care given to each touchpoint of your stay. The hotel staff are amazing with special shoutouts for JJ and Enjoy at the front desk. The breakfast is as amazing as the other reviews suggest or maybe even better! And I’ve personally been lucky enough to be served by Cozy every morning of my stay. I love her- she’s helpful, kind and she’s also really funny lol! I strongly recommend this hotel- and I hope for anyone staying here in future you get to experience the 3 staff members I mentioned. They will transform your stay 😊

I recently had a staycation at Radisson Chateau De Bangkok in a Deluxe Room and the entire experience exceeded expectations from start to finish! The Deluxe Room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt calm and refined with floor to ceiling windows that offered genuinely good views of the city, especially in the evenings when Bangkok lights up. The room was quiet, well insulated, and perfect for resting after long days out. I tried all of the hotel’s dining options and was seriously impressed across the board. Larder & Lounge deserves special mention because every dish we ordered was executed perfectly. The Ka Prao Pizza was such a creative highlight with fragrant basil, rich savory spice, and a perfectly crisp yet chewy base that balanced Thai flavors with comfort food vibes. The Double Cheeseburger was indulgent and juicy with well seasoned patties, melted cheese, and a soft bun that held everything together without overpowering the flavors. The Club Sandwich was generous and classic in the best way with tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and a satisfying bite that made it feel elevated rather than ordinary. For dessert, the San Sebastián Cheesecake was creamy, rich, and slightly caramelized on top with that signature burnt finish, while the Coconut and Pandan Cake was fragrant, moist, and beautifully balanced with subtle sweetness and tropical notes that felt very Thailand inspired. Chateau Botanique also had an excellent selection of dishes and the Grilled Chicken with Mushroom Sauce stood out as comforting and flavorful with tender meat and a silky sauce that felt thoughtfully prepared rather than standard hotel fare. I was especially touched by the birthday surprise arranged by the staff which was handled with genuine warmth and care and made the stay feel personal and memorable. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the pool on the 12th floor which has truly unobstructed views of the city skyline and feels peaceful and private, perfect for relaxing during the day or taking in the views toward sunset without noise or crowds. The tuk tuk shuttle service to BTS Phloenchit is extremely convenient and makes getting around the city effortless while still allowing the hotel to remain in a quieter and more peaceful location away from traffic. The lobby is elegant and calming with a refined atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for the stay, and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. The location is excellent for both business and leisure, close to major roads, embassies, shopping areas, and public transport while still feeling tucked away and serene. Overall Radisson Chateau De Bangkok feels like a thoughtfully designed urban retreat with excellent rooms, genuinely good food, beautiful city views, and a level of service that makes you want to return!

The Radisson Hotel is a great option if you’re visiting Bangkok. It’s conveniently located near shopping malls and restaurants where locals love to eat, which makes the experience even better. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious, perfect for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. During breakfast, we were always taken care of by Cozy, who made our mornings extra special. She offered us juices, water, coffee—everything we could need—and her attention made our breakfasts relaxed and unforgettable. Because of the excellent service, I would definitely stay here again.
