Ratchada Boutique Hotel

We stayed at the Ratchada Bouquet Hotel for 3weeks. We were ment with warm welcomes and lovely hospitality . Hotel was able to accommodate connecting rooms for our family. Staff were very helpful and rooms were exceptionally clean. Ratchada was within walking distance to iconic shops such as Jodd Fairs, Big C and The Street. We had a wonder stay thank you!

A gem within the alley. The room is clean and cozy. Booked a 6nights stay over at the hotel. There are food stalls and 7 eleven nearby to cater to your immediate needs. The only downside is the diatance to nearest BTS. But all is good where you can reach any places by the motor bikes.

I stayed at this boutique hotel in Bangkok for 9 nights and overall my experience was very positive. Excellent reception service: I had a serious issue with my luggage lost at Malpensa Airport and the staff directly contacted Thai Airways’ lost baggage office, solving everything quickly and efficiently. They informed me immediately when my luggage arrived. The reception is open 24/7 and check-out is possible at any time, which is extremely convenient. All the staff are kind, professional and helpful. Lobby and common areas are stylish and well designed, as expected from a boutique hotel. There is a nice area with a well-stocked bar, where you can enjoy coffee, desserts and also some meals. All common areas were clean and well maintained. Outstanding staff, always ready to help. I had a couple of issues with the TV and everything was fixed immediately. Functional room with two comfortable single beds, a desk, a large mirror, a coat rack instead of a wardrobe, many power sockets and good lighting. Large bathroom divided into two areas, with a spacious shower and a sink + toilet area with the typical Thai sprayer. Towels were always clean. I only noticed a very small stain on one bedsheet, nothing serious. Room downsides: occasional TV signal issues (fixed quickly), air conditioning blowing directly toward the bed, noisy fridge at night. The safe is not fixed, making it uncomfortable to use and not very secure. Breakfast: I did not use the classic buffet, but I often had coffee, cappuccino, desserts and even ice cream at the bar. Good quality. Excellent cleaning service: daily bed making, regular towel change, very clean room and hotel overall. Surroundings: not the most beautiful area as it’s on a secondary street, but very practical and well connected. Very close to a big shopping mall (BIG C), a beautiful and clean Thai night market with street food, an MRT station about 5 minutes walking distance, and also a Thai cultural center nearby. With only a few MRT stops you can reach the station connected to the Airport Rail Link, very convenient for the international airport. In just a few stops you can also reach Asok, one of the most lively areas of Bangkok, full of shopping malls, nightlife and entertainment. Hotel interiors are nice and well decorated, including Christmas decorations during my stay. Improvement suggestions: replace noisy fridges, fix the safes to the wall or furniture, and improve the air-conditioning direction. Would I stay again? Yes, especially if I had to stay in this area. Good price for 9 nights, excellent cleanliness, very close to MRT and outstanding staff. Recommended.
