Terrible service, terrible facilities. The hot water for shower is not hot and sometimes it makes me feel so cold. The hairdryer was broken, and the front desk said they didn't have any new ones. So at1:00am with my wet hair i do not know how to deal with such bad situations. The hair dryer can only use for 30seconds and should power off for 10minutes. I asked the reception and she said“you can just use it for 3 minutes and wait 10 minutes and then use for 3 minutes and then wait for 10minutes”. Oh god how ridiculous her reply is??? And then i asked her for a new towel. She said“DONT YOU ALREDY HAVE ONE IN YOUR ROOM?” In addition, the sheets were damp, and the toilet was leaking. Who the hell is posting these fake positive reviews for this disgusting place? Do not stay here! Otherwise, this place will ruin your trip.

When I checked in, the staff told me that I could easily extend my stay. Today at 12 PM, I woke up because they turned off the electricity — it became very stuffy since the air conditioner stopped working. The checkout time was indeed at 12, and that would have been fine, but they flatly refused to extend my stay, even though they had previously said it wouldn’t be a problem. I packed up, went downstairs to check out, and then they started refusing to return my deposit. I didn’t damage any furniture, didn’t break anything, and didn’t violate any rules. They simply didn’t want to return it — which is unfortunately a common problem in Thailand. After a long discussion, they finally gave it back, but despite the good location, the staff made me never want to return there again. Terrible staff service.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs We originally planned to stay for 5 days and 4 nights, but left after just one night. We arrived around 3 pm, and the front desk staff (a man in his 30s or 40s) was unprofessional and kept yelling. When we entered our room, we were horrified to find cockroaches running everywhere, including on the sides of the king-size bed. We immediately asked for assistance, but the staff ignored us. We decided to check out the next day, as nearby accommodations were far better. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its location, which was a 1-2 minute walk to the subway. However, the horrible service and conditions made this stay a nightmare. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
