The "pay-as-you-go" price wasn't real. The sales staff and doctor were extremely pushy. The promoted price of 30,000-40,000 baht was for reviews only; if you didn't review, it was an additional 10,000 baht. The doctor then tried to sell me a silicone implant and ear cartilage graft, bringing the total to around 50,000-60,000 baht, not including post-operative medication. What was really unacceptable was when the doctor was about to perform the surgery and administering the anesthetic; the marketing team/influenza group came in and started talking to the doctor, gossiping about the influencer who seemed unconcerned about getting a nose job there after the consultation, which made the doctor seem upset. I was very uncomfortable with this because I believe a doctor's mood affects the outcome of a surgery. A nurse (I'm not sure who) sitting near my pulse was playing TikTok, even encouraging the doctor and the assistant performing the surgery to watch it with her. During the procedure, the assistant was watching the news on TV, getting very engrossed and talking non-stop. I don't know how much they were focusing on my nose until almost the end when they realized they hadn't trimmed my nasal hairs. A short while later, an outside staff member came in, said there was an emergency case, and called the doctor who performed the surgery, discussing what happened, what to do next, and who would replace me. It was a very upsetting experience. I felt I wasn't treated well at all, even though I paid a significant amount in cash and this wasn't a review case. As a 100% disappointed customer, the results aren't much different from before the procedure for me and those around me. Both people I know and those I don't know could tell I'd had nose surgery. Also, I swell very easily, and the staff and doctor kept telling me to get light/oxygen therapy to reduce swelling, which I'd have to pay for myself and is expensive. The staff even acted like my swelling was due to me not following their instructions. Furthermore, several staff members at the clinic made me feel uncomfortable. Instead of avoiding customers, they told me to avoid them, and ordered me to take review photos without realizing I wasn't a genuine customer, until another staff member had to tell them off.
