This is the second time i have stayed at Rembrandt hotel. The staff are so helpful. Big shout out to Faeie, who printed some documents I needed, and also made the check in quick and easy. The bed is comfortable and the room is large. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a full variety on offer. The pool is a good size and provides a quiet place to relax.

An Unforgettable Stay — The Staff Makes All the Difference. If you’re looking for the perfect base to explore Bangkok, look no further than the Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok on Sukhumvit Soi 18. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, every single detail was handled with warmth and professionalism. The room was amazing — spacious, spotlessly clean, and offering stunning city views. Everything you need is right there, and the comfort level is well above what you’d expect. The location is simply perfect. Sitting in the heart of Sukhumvit, you’re a short walk from BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit, with Terminal 21, EmQuartier, and Emsphere just minutes away — ideal for both exploring and shopping. But the real star of our stay was the staff. Special mention goes to Din, who went completely above and beyond: he personally recommended the best restaurant in the area and took us there by Tuk-Tuk — a moment that turned a dinner into a memory. The check-in and check-out team were equally attentive, kind, and ready to help with every request without hesitation. This is the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like a guest, not just a room number. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at the Rembrandt Hotel & Suites Bangkok. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet spot but still very close to the heart of Sukhumvit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which is a must in Bangkok!). I especially want to give a huge thanks to Rain at the concierge desk. Rain was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Whether it was helping with our bags, arranging transport, or providing local tips, Rain did it all with a warm smile. This kind of top-notch service is exactly why I would choose this hotel again. If you're looking for a great hotel with even better service, this is the place. Thank you, Rain, and the entire team for making our trip so memorable!

I recently spent 4 nights at the Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok, and overall, it was a mixed experience. Here's a breakdown of my stay: *The Good:* - Check-in was seamless and fast, setting a positive tone for our stay. - The hotel's design, particularly the reception lobby, is a beautiful blend of heritage and elegance. - Our room on the 15th floor was cozy and offered a stunning view of the Bangkok skyline. *The Not-So-Good:* - *Washroom Experience:* Unfortunately, the lack of a jet shower in the washroom was a major letdown, especially for an Indian guest. The American Standard toilet was uncomfortable, and our request for a jet shower was met with a straightforward "no" from the receptionist. If you're someone who prioritizes this, you might want to consider other options or carry a bidet. - *Breakfast Spread:* The breakfast options were limited, and the dining area was extremely crowded, making it tough to find a table. *Recommendation:* While the hotel has its charm, I'd advise fellow Indian guests to be aware of the washroom limitations. If you can compromise, the Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok is a decent choice, but if a jet shower is a must-have for you, you might want to explore other options. *Rating:* 3/5 stars (would be higher if not for the washroom and breakfast concerns)
