An absolutely wonderful stay at the Renaissance Bangkok Hotel. The team’s genuine warmth, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality made us feel truly cared for from start to finish. Every interaction was thoughtful and welcoming, turning our stay into a memorable experience. Thank you to all the amazing staff, Pig - Front Office Manager, and Club Lounge Team for making our time in Bangkok so special. We will definitely return on our next trip and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service.

Check in was smooth & friendly staff in overall. Breakfast was good with usual menu. Fittiness center has new equipment and view in 21 floor was great. In door Swimming pool in same floor is splendid. Room was spacious. The only draw back I have that I am a Gold Member of Bonvouy and brought along 2 friends & no upgrade.

Dear Management Team, I would like to formally express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Ms. Syittra Changiri, known as Mook, at R Bar during our stay. My wife and I stayed at Renaissance Hotel Bangkok from 23–25 December 2025 (Room 2016). I am a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Elite member, and we have experienced many hotels over the years. Late one evening, after returning from dinner, we visited R Bar even though the kitchen had already closed. Despite this, Mook welcomed us with a genuine smile and a wonderfully warm Thai-style hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. When we mentioned that we would like some crisps, she did not hesitate. Even though the kitchen was closed and she was the only staff member present, she kindly went out of her way to arrange crisps for us by coordinating with room service. This was done cheerfully, without hesitation, and with sincere care for our comfort. Her attitude, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive. Small gestures like this make a big difference and create memorable experiences for guests. Mook represents the very best of hospitality and is a real asset to your hotel.
