Firstly I would have to say after reading reviews that are right there are lots of bugs and insects in the apartments, cockroaches and little flying bugs all over the place, and you need insect repellent so you don't get bitten all the time in the room! The apartments are a reasonable size but they could do with a lot of improvements. There's no housekeeping except every 3 days so if you stay two or three days you get nothing this is also a poor policy and you can get much better in other properties. There is a living area with a small LCD TV with no TV channels, however you can access YouTube. I find this is substandard for Hotel style accommodation. There is a small table and chairs, a sofa which is fairly basic and not that comfortable. The kitchenette area with a full size fridge freezer, 2 hot plates, and a sink, but the property is very skint on crockery  cutlery, pots and pans. There are no plates, just 2 bowls, 2 cups, 2 glasses, 1 pot and a badly scored frypan. There's a microwave and a washing machine, but they do not provide any washing powder or liquid, or dishwashing liquids for the kitchen. Again this is very poor. The bedroom is also lacking and there's a bracket on the wall for a TV but no TV. There is a safe in the bedroom cupboard. The bed is quite firm a bit too firm for my liking and they only supply 2 pillows The bathroom is an average size but the cupboards are badly water damaged, in the shower has a rainfall shower head and a handheld Rose. The water pressure is weak and below average, and they only provide you with one tiny bottle of shower gel and one tiny bottle of shampoo which would not even do 2 people Location wise, Nana BTS is about 400m away which is convenient, but if you want 7-Eleven the closest is up to the main road, and it's about 500m away. There is a small gym on the roof but it's hot and stuffy inside. There's also a rooftop pool, but only 2 sun lounges. If you can put up with insects and bugs, It's ok for a night or two, but there are much better properties with much better service and facilities in the area, all of which are much better value for money.

Not in a very good location. The driveway floods and goes underwater when it rains so you can't get in and out. The rooms are full of bugs mosquitoes and cockroaches just as other reviews have pointed out. The rooms are very basic. There is a TV with no TV channels. Wi-Fi is ordinary and Drops Out quite a bit. The bedroom has a bracket on the wall but no TV. The kitchen is poorly equipped but there is a full-size fridge and freezer and a washing machine but they don't provide any detergent or anything for the washing machine or the kitchen sink. Value for money it probably fails in all areas. I wouldn't recommend this place there's too many other much better places with far better facilities and service, at the same price or even cheaper

The smell of sewage from the bathroom drains was disgusting. It is linked to the bedroom so the smell is in the whole apartment. They try to mask it with lots of air fresheners which is even worse. Check previous complaints. There seems to be a problem with the sewage system. I had to keep the bathroom door shut with a towel at the bottom to try and keep the smell from coming into the bedroom. It didn’t work. The security guard came up and agreed it was bad. The apartment representative then proceeded to lie to me about agoda’s refund policy. I eventually got a refund for the second night and moved out ASAP after the first night. It was late when I arrived and spoilt the whole night in Bangkok. Do not stay here. This was on the 6th floor. The hall way outside the three apartments absolutely stank. It’s disgusting that they can keep selling this on hotel web sites. I’m not sure if it’s the same apartment with the problem or the whole building. There are also stains on the sofa and net curtains and the whole place looks tired. Always look to see if your booking of a hotel/apartment through a website allows cancellation. If it doesn’t then there is usually a reason
