PRO’s - Big room with comfortable bed - Proximity to ICONSIAM (less than 5 mins walk) and a free outdoor gym close-by - The rooftop has awesome views (i think it's under leveraged, it could be transformed into something even cooler!), that being said, it's nice to have a place to go smoke that isn't it the street... - Laundry service on-site for 50 bhat, very much appreciated - Super nice staff, always smiling - they provided extra hangers as I don't put my clothes in the dryer - Excellent value for price CON’s - No safe (but I always have a lock on my luggage so not critical, the rooms are also safely locked anyway) - I understand some reviews about the location, it's a small residential street tucked in by the river, but there's another boutique hotel on the same street... could look shady for someone not used to traveling. But Hey, this is Thailand - IT'S VERY SAFE, do not be scared. It's mostly cats occupying it anyway. No complaints about it. - Some reviews complaining about the smell in the rooms - as soon as you start the AC or open the window, it's gone in a few seconds, it's simply the room being closed for long without air circulation. I have no complants about it either.

The place was beautiful and had such an aesthetic vibe! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We had actually booked this hotel before heading to Phuket, and they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage there....we were truly grateful for that 🙏 The rooms were very comfortable, relaxing, and visually pretty, one of the highlights was the amazing rooftop view overlooking ICONSIAM..plus, ICONSIAM is only about a 10-minute walk away, making it super convenient to visit and explore. Overall, it was a wonderful and budget-friendly stay 😊

I really love this hotel Super clean , stuff is amazing !!!! And the main for me was is super quiet! 1) its in a calm area where locals live , no bars around but 10 min walking to Iconsiam and 3 min to loud road 2) there are rules and guests follow them and you can really get a good sleep here Highly recommended if you are looking for a space to rest And great terrace for morning yoga Close to China town just get a boat and walk alone art quarter warehouse Thx for letting me be your guest Inna
