Roast Cafe Stopped by Roast near Platinum Mall, super convenient location and just a short walk from the BTS train, which makes it an easy breakfast or brunch option if you’re shopping or staying nearby. The food; no complaints there. I ordered the Turkish Eggs, and they were well prepared, flavorful, and plated nicely. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully put together. I also tried something new for the first time: an orange coffee. Surprisingly good, it reminded me of those chocolate oranges, smooth with a citrus kick. Different, but it was good. Atmosphere wise, the place is chill but busy. It’s popular, so expect a steady flow of people, especially during peak hours. That said, it didn’t feel chaotic, just lively. Service was the weak point for me. The servers were okay but not very engaging not much smiling or warmth, which stands out when you’re paying attention to the overall experience. Not terrible, just not memorable. Price wise, I paid around $15 CAD for my meal, which felt fair considering the quality and portion size. Food came out on time and was clearly made with care. Good food, interesting drink options, and a great location near BTS and Platinum Mall. Service could use some improvement, but if you’re looking for a solid cafe with reliable dishes, Roast Cafes worth a stop.

A pretty café nestled within a beautiful setting. The food and coffee were great. The service was impeccable, and all (not just one) the service staff were very patient with my child. Delighted to be here.

Roast Café is a really convenient spot to chat and hang out with friends. The atmosphere is relaxed, the chairs are comfortable, and it’s easy to settle in for a long meal or conversation. The menu has a wide variety of Western options — pasta, pizza, salads, and cakes — so there’s something for everyone. We tried the quesadilla, Peruvian grilled chicken, and gnocchi with chicken. The quesadilla was good. My Mexican friend said it’s not exactly authentic (probably the shape and the type of cheese), but flavor-wise, it still works and is enjoyable. The gnocchi (380 THB) was really good. Soft potato gnocchi that melts in your mouth — super comforting. The chicken, however, was a bit plain, slightly sour from the marinade, and could have been more flavorful. The Peruvian grilled chicken (340 THB) came with roasted tomatoes and potato wedges. It’s a solid, filling meal and quite satisfying overall. Drink selection is interesting too. The watermelon sencha is very thirst-quenching and refreshing. The orange coffee is refreshing as well and surprisingly works — looks interesting, tastes good. In the end, it came to around 750 THB per person. A comfortable place with good food variety, nice drinks, and a chill vibe for hanging out.
