Amazing experience. I got a tailored suit and several shirts made within just three days. Mr. Robin explained everything clearly and was very friendly throughout the whole process. They also keep my measurements on file, so I can easily order more shirts in the future and have them delivered overseas.

I was a loyal customer for two years and initially had good experiences sending jackets here. However, the quality has dropped significantly. My most recent order included four jackets, all with incorrect linings, excessively long sleeves, and collars that didn’t sit right. The lining was practically see-through, and the fabrics I provided were returned covered in tailors' chalk. The zipper was also not sewn onto the jacket correctly. As I wanted to revisit Thailand in April to request revisions, they outright refused, stating, “this is not alteration.” Even when I offered to unpick the jackets myself and send them back, they still wouldn’t accept them. I’ve now spent 12,000 baht on unwearable pieces that I have to discard. Save your money and go somewhere that values quality, revisions and customer satisfaction.
