Great hotel in on the river in bangkok, river view deluxe room that included a dinner buffet that was amazing. Rooms were very clean and tidy and modern. The staff were very helpful would stay again. They also have a private boat for icon siam running every 30 mins

During our honeymoon stay, I accidentally left an important dress in the room after check-out. I initially thought it would be very difficult to retrieve it, but the hotel team provided truly exceptional assistance. They quickly confirmed the item and helped arrange an urgent delivery so I could receive it during the rest of our trip. Throughout the process, the staff responded promptly, communicated clearly, and handled everything with great care and professionalism. Their kindness and efficiency meant a lot to us, especially during such a special trip. We are truly grateful for the thoughtful support from the hotel team. This level of service made our honeymoon experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

We would like to send our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff of Sheraton Hotel who made us feel at home during our 8-day Bangkok vacation. The incredibly friendly team, the amazing F&B staff preparing delicious food and drinks, the spotless rooms, and the very helpful boat staff all made our stay truly unforgettable.
