A mid-range hotel near the Grand Palace and National Museum, well positioned for exploring Rattanakosin. Rooms come with bathtubs, a welcome touch at the price point. Note that luggage storage and some breakfast items carry extra charges.

It is somewhat old hotel but not too old. I could say is that if you are looking for an affordable hotel to stay and its near those iconic place, this is it. It’s near Grand Palace, National Museum and Khao San Road. You can just walk from here going to those place its actually very convenient. The place is not that bad. Toilet is decent. Rooms are decent. But it’s not the quality that you might be thinking of.

Good location — very accessible to the Grand Palace and other key attractions around Rattanakosin. Rooms come with a bathtub, which is a nice plus. Staff response is a bit slow, and they charge for luggage storage (though it feels secure). The view is not great, and there are quite a few homeless people around the area, which may feel uncomfortable for some. Breakfast is not recommended for Indian travelers, as the options are quite limited. Overall, decent for location convenience, but manage expectations on service and surroundings.

It’s 3 a.m. and I’m still awake because the room is unbearably noisy—it feels like I’m sleeping on the street. I checked in late, around 1 a.m., and politely asked if I could switch to anther room. The front desk staff member responded with a completely indifferent expression, raised his voice, and told me the hotel was fully booked. He then suggested I find another hotel if I wasn’t satisfied. When I asked if there was any possibility of an upgrade, he became visibly agitated, pointed his finger at me, and said he was too busy to deal with the issue. I truly don’t understand why he was so rude—whether it was simple hostility or something worse, like discrimination based on my nationality. In the end, I returned to the room and contacted the booking platform I used. Their agent tried calling the front desk five times, but no one answered. This is hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially not to Chinese travelers.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Cockroaches everywhere, old, smelly and dirty rooms. Uncomfortable bed too. The traffic outside is horrible and can be heard even at night. The area around the hotel is very unsafe, there are hundreds of homeless people, it’s extremely dirty and smelly. They gave me a room with a window that couldn’t be closed. Plates and cutlery is also old and haven’t been changed in probably 20 years. Idk where the 4-5 star reviews came from but this is a 1 star hotel at best. Don’t ever come here.

1/5 – Worst experience at a supposed 4-star hotel, it should not be more than some street 3rd class lounge. I had a very disappointing stay and strongly suggest not booking this hotel if you don’t want to spoil your trip. Staff were unfriendly and not helpful at all. Straight forward asked for 500 bhat for room key deposit. Room was extremely small, and the window opened directly to the parking area which smelled like garbage and had visible cigarette buds everywhere , no cleaning at all. Basic amenities were missing – no hand wash, shampoo, or soap; only one multipurpose bottle written as hair and body wash, seriously do we have to take bath by handwash? This is unacceptable for a 4-star property. This is basic etiquettes not even a thing to ask. Luggage support was extremely poor – when we asked for it, they should us the way to room and i have to drag my luggage for 300 m something. At checkout, we requested to keep our luggage in the lobby for just one hour, which is a basic courtesy in most hotels. Instead, they charged 10 Bhat per bag, which is such a shock to me. Even street vendors would assist more kindly and free of charge. Overall, nowhere near 4-star quality – unprofessional, overpriced, and mood-spoiling. Please avoid this hotel.
