I had an amazing experience at Royal View Resort—a true hidden gem in the heart of Bangkok! The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Victory Monument BTS, tons of street food, and major shopping spots like Pratunam. It made getting around the city incredibly easy and fun The rooms were spacious, cleanliness and generous room size, spotless, and super comfortable, with a private balcony The staff was wonderfully friendly and always ready to help, which really made the stay feel special. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety (homemade!) Add in free Wi‑Fi, 24/7 reception, on-site dining, and relaxing massage services, and you’ve got everything you need for a smooth, enjoyable trip. The hotel delivers fantastic value and a warm atmosphere that keeps people coming back Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an excellent location!

The room is spacious, and though located in the centre of Bangkok (near Victory Monument & Pullman King Power), it’s not noisy. It’s close to at least 4 outlets of 7/11, Lotus Express and Laundromat. If you feel like jogging, a beatiful park is right in front of the hotel. Another plus: the breakfast has a great variety!

I must say that maybe this is a hidden gem hotel. The room is very spacious, the staff are polite and helpful. The price is affordable. Only the place maybe a little bit hidden in a small street but for you who like peacefull environment then this is for you. 7 Eleven is only 4 mins walk, Victory Monument BTS is 8 mins walk

A very unpleasant hotel. The rooms are in average condition. The mattress on the bed is broken, making it uncomfortable to sleep. You can constantly hear pipes making noise, and it smells of bleach. The room has a balcony, but there is no furniture on it. Smoking on the balcony is prohibited - a fine of 2,000 baht. What is the point of it? Having a balcony was key when choosing a hotel, but I don't understand its functionality. The staff is polite only at check-in, and their level of English is very poor. When I asked to change rooms, the employee pretended not to understand what I was saying. My impressions of the hotel were terrible! Explain to your staff that hospitality starts with a smile and the words "welcome," not a list of prohibitions and fines for breaking the rules. I hope you improve, but I'll never know because I'll never return to this hotel again.
