Dr Sanpatna Rutnin is a very kind, knowledgeable and skillful eye doctor. He explained clearly and patiently to me. He is attentive to patient’s needs. He also has a team of very capable staff both in the outpatient and operating theatres. My eye surgery was very successful and I felt no pain at all during the entire operation.
