S3 Residence Park Hotel

Great location for a first time visiting Bangkok. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walking from BTS Victory Monument Station. The location is also very quiet at night, even with a restaurant being right next door. Our room was next to the restaurant and we didn't have any issues with noise. The hotel is very clean and the staff is more than accommodating with requests if you have them. Thanks again for a great stay! Will definitely come back!

Rooms are good, comfy. Beds are great, big enough. At night the restaurant next door often makes noise, sounds like the are throwing or moving big crates or boxes around - it did not bother me, but my travel companion who is a lighter sleeper could not fall asleep for several hours due to this. Otherwise, we were satisfied with everything. Very kind and helpful staff, too. Would recommend!

The staff and service are excellent. They were friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, but the bathroom shower did not drain properly and made showering a bit uncomfortable. Staff were notified and it seems they made an attempt to fix the problem, but were not successful. The area is very convenient with many amenities nearby. The place is a peaceful oasis. Unfortunately, the lack of elevator makes wanting to shop unappealing. Carrying heavy luggage or purchases (with my bad knees),to upper floor rooms will keep me from returning, unfortunately.
