I've been following up for enquires for rhinoplasty for the past two months. Seems like the consultant TABBY who attend to me on line app..isn't that sincere. First I told her Abt me wanting to schedule my op in oct...and when I asked her about the promotion,she told me the promotion only applicable for the following month. And I have to wait till near oct den see which promotion they have. I did feedback to her it's hard for foreigners to book or do arrangements for last min to travel as everything will b so expensive for last min booking and it will be different for my job to arrange things last minute. If this was local, yes I would understand and make things easier, however, as a foreigner we need to plan ahead. Whereby other clinics, they do accept deposit if u book for the promotion and the op can be scheduled for a later date. But the consultant replied me that either I wait till Sept promotion and to SEE which doc is for promotion....if not I pay upfront full price NETT for the Dr that I want. And the NETT PRICE she quote is ridiculously overprice. So for foreigners u quote crazy price and for locals u give promotion prices???? How can u do business like this? Unethical. What's the point of u having a promotion when u can't book for a later surgery date? And u ask customer to wait till one mth before surgery date to see what's the promotion and Dr which is in for promo? What's the point of me spending money and still have to accustom to ur rules? So I guess after all ,this sales consultant Tabby her bad attitude , is only interested to get customers to pay for full price instead of promotion. Really terrible. Well really disappointed with come across such service . BAD BAD BAD consultation services!!!!!!!!

This clinic seems to do nose jobs ok but nothing else. I had neck reduction and mid face lift surgery and it was a complete waste of time and money. All I am left with is useless scars and no difference to my face whatsoever. The surgeon obviously had absolutely no idea what he was doing and should not be allowed to carry out these kind of procedures. The owner did offer for me to return to Thailand again in a year and undergo the same procedures with a better surgeon that does have necessary experience but why did i not get this surgeon in the first place? I will rather find a proper surgeon here in the UK that actually knows what they're doing!
