It is located in the popular downtown area of Bangkok at Amarin mall. Afterwards you can enjoy the nearby shopping or restaurants. They have free 4 hour parking which is plenty of time. The staff is very caring and speak multiple languages.

I travelled from overseas for treatment after doing extensive research and speaking with many different IVF clinics. Our experience with Safe Fertility Group was very good, but what truly made everything smooth and comfortable for us was the outstanding support of our Hindi translator, ⭐ Komal Appleby ⭐. The doctors and staff were speaking in English and Thai, which we could not understand. Komal Appleby played the most important role by translating everything clearly into Hindi, our own language. She explained every detail, every instruction, and all medical information in a simple and reassuring way, making sure we understood everything perfectly. Because of her continuous support, we never felt confused, stressed, or nervous. She was extremely polite, patient, kind, and always ready to help. Her presence gave us confidence throughout the entire process. For anyone facing language barriers, having a translator like Komal Appleby is truly a blessing.
