I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience at your clinic. While I appreciate the services provided, I believe there are several areas that could benefit from improvement: 1. Professionalism at Reception: I noticed staff eating food at the reception area during working hours, which may not leave the best impression on patients. 2. Staff Attitude: Some staff members came across as quite rude, which made the overall experience less comfortable. 3. Interpreter Skills: The interpreter often shared personal opinions instead of focusing solely on translating. This made communication challenging. 4. Japanese Staff Member’s Attitude: One particular staff member displayed an attitude that felt dismissive, which could discourage open communication. 5. Active Listening: It would be helpful if staff asked open-ended questions and actively listened to patients’ concerns. Closed questions often seemed to lead to predetermined answers. 6. Communication Skills: The overall communication from staff could be improved, as it seemed below the level of professionalism expected in an office environment. 7. Accountability: There were instances that appeared to reflect neglect of duty, which may impact the trust patients have in your services.
