Had a great experience with the hospital service. The staff were friendly, professional and well-organized. Registration and check-up were handled quickly and I didn’t have to wait long. The overall process was smooth and efficient with clear communication at every step. Really appreciated the clean environment and helpful attitude of everyone.

Today’s physical check-up was truly outstanding. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and handled with genuine care. Special thanks to: Nurse Boong, who provided excellent and warm care throughout the entire process—from the blood draw to follow-up support. Her attentiveness and kindness made me feel completely at ease. Nurse Aor, who conducted the blood pressure test with calm precision and a friendly attitude. The doctor, who gave thorough and thoughtful attention during the examination. The way the doctor asked questions and explained everything made me feel truly cared for—not like a stranger, but like someone genuinely valued. What made this experience even better was the atmosphere at this branch. It was warm, welcoming, and far more pleasant than other branches I’ve visited before. The staff’s friendliness and professionalism created a positive environment that turned a routine check-up into a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team—especially Nurse Boong, Nurse Aor, and the doctor—for making today’s check-up such a great one!

I was admitted to a Standard Room in Ward 11 for surgery which was organised via Destination Beauty, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the nurses, doctors, and Destination Beauty team were incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive. Standard Room: includes hospital bed, a side bed for a support person, Panasonic TV, chairs, table, closet with a safe, private bathroom (with a fancy heated/bidet seat but no toilet seat which I didn’t like) and a kitchenette with a fridge. The room air conditioner is very cold so take a jumper and warm socks. Deluxe Room: same as a standard room with additional lounge room, Samsung TVs, and bathroom. (this room has additional charges) Food: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included - after much talks about my vegan diet the food was great. All the staff (cleaners, food staff, nurses, doctors) are friendly and easy to approach. the nurses made asking for help easy and never made me feel like a burden. My room was cleaned daily, with water and coffee restocked, and linen changed every day. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and everyone treats patients with genuine care. Wi-Fi available in the ward - just ask for the password. All amenities included (toothbrush/paste, body wash, hair wash, hand wash, cotton buds, moisturiser, towels, gowns etc). The ward allows you to walk around, and the you can go to the ground floor need a comfortable stroll. The ground floor is a lot warmer than Ward 11 but there’s a café and steamed bun shop at Gate 4, vending machines, a microwave, and seating areas - perfect for snacks or a break. Starbucks is located near Gate 2, which is handy for coffee and light bites for non-vegans. For transportation or food, Grab usually picks up/drops off at Gate 3, but messaging the driver to meet at Gate 4 worked fine. Overall, Samitivej Thonburi Hospital is professional, friendly, and accommodating. If you have questions, the staff are approachable and happy to help. Highly recommend!
