Positive Reviews
Positives: cheap price, bathtub, opposite 7-11, the main bedroom in the 2 bedroom apartment has the biggest TV I've seen in a hotel room. It didn't have a window in the main bedroom but it helped you sleep better. The staff are polite. The hotel is less than a year old so in excellent condition. Cafe in the lobby. Negatives: No iron or laundry service available. In a hotel of this size with no services I could find within a 10 minute walk of the hotel, this is unacceptable. I have cancelled my future booking due to this. The cleaning was substandard. For example, they don't give you anything to wash your dishes and then there were bits still on them after the cleaners washed them. The bathrooms were not cleaned fully. No hand soap or conditioner is provided. Response to hotel reply: I did contact the front desk and asked about laundry services around and they said they have no information about that. Also, having soap in the bathrooms to clean your hands should be part of a basic service. You provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower cap etc so I don't understand why no soap. I've never stayed in a hotel that hasn't provided this. Also, even in very basic hotels I have stayed in of the same size as well as most smaller ones, they have at least an iron available for guests to use if they didn't have their own service. That wouldn't cost the hotel much. With regards to cleaning, the 3 times we had cleaning there were always a couple of things that weren't cleaned either at all or properly so it appears to show a general lower standard of cleaning, not just a one-off mistake for a guest to contact the front desk/housekeeping about. I'm talking about basic standards of cleaning, not being fussy about a bit of dust somewhere. For example, an entire bathroom side or a table not cleaned at all as well as what I already mentioned. And strangely one time a toilet roll had been partly unravelled and left lying across the sink. On the positive side of things, another few things to add. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. It's also great being right next to the BTS.

I’ve had a very pleasant stay here. Nice clean rooms with amenities that other places don’t have - bath tub, fridge, microwave, desk, table etc. For longer stays that makes it very convenient. There’s a 7/11 directly across the road, a BTS station within 1 minute walk and a nice local restaurant across the road. The area is quiet and safe. The location is further away from some of Bangkok’s main attractions but for the price and quality I think it’s a great place to stay.

Great value and convenient location! I stayed here last week and had a wonderful experience. The location is extremely convenient and easy to reach via the BTS Skytrain. There is a 24-hour convenience store right in front of the hotel, and in the morning, it is very easy to find delicious street food nearby. The room was comfortable, fully equipped, and offered great value for money. The staff provided excellent service and were very polite. I would like to especially commend Khun Min, who was very helpful in giving advice and always had a smile on his face. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I will definitely be coming back!

Negative Reviews
Sneaky Hotel at bad location. 50% of the rooms are very noisy. i was mislead by fake reviews. the kitchen is just a microwave and a waterboiler, nothing more, no heating plate. my room smell like sweat and mold. the mattress is too soft. rooms are tiny, no space. NO washing machine in my room, only if you pay highly inflatated prices (30% more than online). close to far far away BTS and 711. there is nothing to do around here and Grab food delivery is sparse and very expensive to here (80-120 baht). a ticket to far away center costs ~80 baht with public transport or 300 with cab. the Gym is a joke, there is only running machine and cycling with very low weight dumpbells. worst was the receptionist who tried to convince me to pay for a single person (king) 25% or 200 baht more then for a 2 person room evenso the beds are the same (put together or away). so this was my last time here since i don't like to be treated like an idiot.
