SC Park Hotel

Air conditioning is very dirty, I asked for it to be cleaned before my arrival they said they would and it wasn’t done. Breakfast Area same problems, I’m wearing my mask most days, uploading some photos of the ac. Restaurant is terrible, breakfast is mostly inedible can’t even cook an egg fully the omelette is not cooked inside and they serve cheap vending machine coffee when there is a perfectly good coffee shop located in the next room you would think that we could get a coffee for free from there included for a 4 star hotel come on! I ate at the restaurant once and they served Massaman curry with raw potato, made me feel sick told them and still expect me to pay for it. Room curtain doesn’t close properly so you’ll wake up when the sun rises. Laundry is per item not per kilo, insulting. WiFi barely works at all, better to use sim data. Pools dirty and no towels are provided and rusty broken walkway over it, gym also had bad maintenance. I mentioned that I have to check out 5 days early as an emergency flight home due to being sick here for several weeks and they refuse to give a refund even when I supplied medical papers, this should be at the managers discretion but they don’t care. It’s definitely not a 4 star, maybe 3 is pushing it, I’ll upload some photos of the dirty ac in my room and the restaurant. Lastly, the location is terrible for tourists you need a cab pretty much anywhere as the train station isn’t within walking distance.

Checked in on the 31st and arrived around 4:00 PM, but the room was still not ready. The front desk staff showed little responsibility and only explained that the hotel was busy, without offering any proper solution. When I asked about compensation, I was told to request it myself, which was very disappointing. They even claimed that the room was already available. I then tried calling another room that checked in at the same time, but no one answered. What is the point of providing a contact number if no one responds? The room itself felt old, with a low ceiling and outdated condition. Overall service and facilities did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Considering the price paid, this stay was not worth it.

Booked from Agoda as I needed a hotel near this area! Very big hotel but quiet. Not quite sure what I fussed about! Decided to stay only for a night, then checked out! The breakfast was okay with a standard choice. The location was okay. Easy to hop on and off with a taxi. The price tag was okay for the location and amenities.
