Seasons Siam Hotel

We stayed at Seasons Siam Hotel in Bangkok and had booked a room for three adults. The room size was decent for three people, but there was a noticeable smell in the room that didn’t go very well with us and slightly affected the comfort of our stay. One positive aspect was the brunch included with the booking. It offered a good variety with several main course dishes, which made it quite filling and convenient before heading out for the day. The location is also a plus, with local markets and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area and pick up things nearby. Overall, the hotel offers reasonable value for a short stay, mainly due to the convenient location and the substantial brunch, though the room odor could definitely be improved.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience Housekeeping staff were nice and security staff were friendly, but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The reception service was terrible. The attitude and mindset were very unprofessional, and the service quality was extremely poor. I felt unwelcome and ignored as a guest. The room was very old, poorly maintained, and had a strong bad smell. The hotel seems mainly designed for Indian guests, which may not suit everyone. The worst part was the hygiene. There were many cockroaches everywhere — on the bed, in the bathroom, and inside the room. This was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. For the price paid, this condition is shocking. I will never come back again and strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I deeply regret spending so much money here.

My room located at 802, facing the street. And the front desk told me this is the quiet room, but the reality is I can't sleep in 3 days stay. Too noisy, the traffic nonstop even in the midnight. Location not really close to the metro, if you carry big luggage this hotel not suitable for you, because they are doing upgrading work on the road, you hard to carry a big luggage to getting there, even by Grab also difficult, because traffic too jam, driver refused to pick you up from hotel or to the hotel. For food arr easy to find, surrounded with restaurant and convenient stores. But I won't go back again, really noisy until I'm stressed within the stay.
