I want to talk about my satisfaction and my gratitude for the treatment received at the hotel during my stay. Especially because being housed I had a mishap with a tooth implant, and I needed a dentist as soon as possible, since the pain began to be worrying. It is in the difficulties when you see the quality of the professionals. And I can say that its quality was excellent. The reception and concierge department turned to find me an appointment at a nearby hospital on the same day, taking care of investigating the necessary technical aspects of the implant so that the visit to the dentist was effective. And so it was. What a success. When I left the dentist I no longer had any pain. In addition to this quality of professional service, the hotel has very good rooms and a set of extensive and quality services. To highlight its pool, gym, its work room and its cafeteria. They also have a very good space on the terrace with very good views to be able to enjoy with friends and / or pets. It was the first time I stayed at the hotel and they have a new client with me. Really nice and modern rooms. Service outstanding, especially the cleaning staff and the bell staff (Bank, Oat, and Top). The pool is warm, has lounge chairs both exposed and under cover, and features jets if you can find the button. Small but good gym. Free laundry machines. Plenty in the neighborhood although it's a little tough to walk along Yen-Akat Road, and mass transit is hard to get to. I'd stay here again.
