Siam Swana Hotel
Relaxed hotel with simply furnished quarters, plus a cafe/bar, a sushi restaurant & an outdoor pool.
About
Boutique hotel steps from Siam that consistently surprises guests expecting less. Rooms feel closer to four-star quality, staff speak English well, and the outdoor pool is a genuine draw in the heart of the shopping district.

This is our hotel of choice in Bangkok because of its location, excellent helpful and friendly staff, price and the swimming pool. We like the outside rooms by the pool, despite their lack of windows. The breakfasts are basic but very good.

First off I am really impressive with the interior of the hotel. Everywhere is aircon. Feels to me like a 4 to 5 star hotel instead. Room smells nice when I got in. Everyone here spoke perfect english. Lobbyboy assisted with my luggage as there was no elevators (which i think kept the cost of the rooms affordable). Check-in time was 2PM, however I was able to check in early around 12:30PM. This is good especially after my long road trip from Pattaya to Bangkok. I have saved this hotel for my trip here to Bangkok next time. I saw previous review here that mentioned there was mould and smelly but if you can see my video there is no mold at all. I am also a clean freak and it is very important to me before I make a decision with where to stay. There is no windows but doesn’t bother me or impact my rating. In my opinion, the other reviewers that gave a bad rating need to be a little bit more humble and stop whinging. You pay for what you get 😂

I had to stay at this hotel in the 2nd week of February 2026 for one night. The hotel was okay for one night but I won’t recommend it to anyone. Remember Bangkok is hot place and this hotel didn’t have elevator. Hallways weren’t air conditioned . Room was tight withe a king bed in it. Walls were thin and there was a bad odour of something I couldn’t figure out. Staff was very friendly and polite but property was not worth staying for me at least

Good location for MBK Mall staff friendly and very helpful. Rooms in need of an update walls very thin can hear people in other rooms and very close to busy road so lots of road noise. As others have said rooms are small no windows air con facing bed in the room i was in so you got air flow on you while running air con which i personally found uncomfortable tried to sleep with it off but to hot! Reasonable price for city hotel!

Not really happy with this hotel. The rooms are quite small with no windows but can still hear street noise. The rooms either have mold smell or urine smell which was hard to pinpoint. Stayed in two different rooms. The pillows are bad and gave me a stiff neck. I can barely turn my neck now. The pool is not worth using - tiny and opposite the parking lot. And to polish it off, something as simple as providing WiFi was too hard as it didn't even work!! On the plus side location is good and the staff and cleaners are nice
