Initially we were given a room with a connecting room with a thin door. The neighbor was playing youtube at night, we could hear the hallway, at day there was construction across the street. Just impossible to sleep. They were able to change us to a different room though and the stay was nice. Only complaint is there were some bugs in the room, but not a big deal.

I stayed here for three nights, the room was quite old fashioned, but everything worked and was great. Staff was friendly, cleaning ladies offered me extra bottled water and I could leave my luggage a few hours. Hotel is located in my favourite part of Silom and has reasonable pricing. Has an elevator! Would recommend.

First impression is Receptionist. She speak very well English easy to communicate. Room is good cleaned. Beds are comfortable as well with reason able price. My friend from overseas loved the Hotel with excellent service.😍😍

oh boy drainage is clogged (they say they'll fix tomorrow) and the basin won't drain, the shower doesn't give water except in the bathtub and wifi is slow as heck. location is amazing though, bit of a shame as good maintenance could make this very good.

❌ Avoid this hotel – does NOT meet Booking standards Very poor experience at Silom Avenue Inn. We arrived at 11:00 AM and were told that check-in was only possible at 2:00 PM, which we accepted. We returned at 1:50 PM, but were asked to wait another 10 minutes because the room was still not ready. This already showed a lack of organization. When we finally entered the room, the conditions were unacceptable: many cockroaches, hair strands in the bathroom, very old and damaged furniture, and visible mold in the bathroom tile joints. The hygiene level is extremely low and far below what is advertised on Booking.com. Because of these conditions, we were forced to leave the hotel at midnight and urgently find another accommodation. Despite this, the staff did not inform us that they would keep the payment for one night. This hotel does not meet Booking.com standards at all. Keeping the money is unfair. I am requesting a full refund and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
