I was satisfied because it was clean and showed thoughtful attention to detail everywhere. It goes without saying that the staff were friendly, but from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out and left for home, I could feel their genuine interest and care. I especially want to thank Naphat and Wut. Also, the breakfast quality was insane. The bibimbap station and Korean side dishes were authentic. I usually feel hesitant about eating Korean food at breakfast corners in foreign restaurants, but here, the presentation alone was just like real Korean food, so I ate without any hesitation. Make sure to visit the rooftop pool at night.

The staff at Naphat were so friendly. Every time I saw my baby, they complimented me and talked to me, which made my day start off on a high note. The staff's kindness was a huge help during my tour. The hotel was also wonderful, so even though it was a tough trip, it was a truly enjoyable memory.
