Siri at Sukhumvit

During my first 2-3 months here, i feel safe even at night coming home from work, but now that i'm almost a year here, i have noticed that the security didn't even give a glance to people coming in to this building. I know there are cctvs around but we don't know some other people waiting at the door to open and then going along with residents with keycards that they are not even related with. Sometimes, it feels unsafe. They need to check and look at the people coming in and out. Some other day they will say Sawadee, but most of the time they're just playing phones and not even looking. But other than that, this place is nice and still feels safe.

This condo is really great, beautiful and large pool, well-appointed gym, wooden street furniture and fairly well maintained, the hallways are always clean, always a cleaning person in the hallways. I haven't used the terrace or the coworking space yet! The entrance hall is large and spacious I was going to forget the most important thing: security. I would have liked all visitors to leave their ID but that is not the case. I saw people taking advantage of the door opening to sneak into the entrance hall. Fortunately, the elevators are secured by a badge, but the emergency doors remain accessible. They are always open, even though they are fireproof. They should remain closed! That is the only downside!

Excellent building and awesome location! Direct access to BTS skytrain. Super big and sunny swimming pool from morning to sunset. Sunny all day! And unblocked from the sun 👍🏻 Amazing view from higher floor to the west 🏙️
