Great place, A/C everywhere. Good breakfast, rooms are very clean , and jave eveything you need. They clean your room everyday if you want. Free water for drinking in the lobby and two fresh bottles everyday in your fridge. I got a free birthday cake . They also have a great terrace on the roof.

Sandy at the front desk made me feel like I was coming home. John also was so helpful and kind Nice rooms clean much mor local location than the Kao San area. Super coffee for breakfast. Close to palace. Highly recomended

Really great experience. Had a spacious triple room with lovely balcony. Very clean. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly helpful staff. Nice interesting location. Would stay again.

Nice hotel in the old town area of Bangkok. The room were neat and clean. Staff was friendly and always trying to help and answer any questions. Breakfast in the morning was solid, good variety. We used the hotel taxi service for the airport which was smooth no problems. There is a laundry nearby that can deliver the clothes back to the hotel. Rooms were a little on the smaller side, the room with 3 beds felt a little cramped. Surrounding area is a little run down - did not really bother me.
