Sivatel Bangkok

Wonderful staff, so welcoming and sweet. Good location for swimming. Pool is very cool but bar and pool area lack a vibe and the lobby being on the 17th means the hotel is a bit disjointed. More amenities would be good also. Would recommend for a central shopping holiday hotel but not for a relaxation one.

I have to say from the moment we arrived til when it came to check out, the ENTIRE staff was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. Everyone was extremely friendly and sweet. One staff member in particular went above and beyond for me, they were all amazing, but Prissy went out of her way to make every day special and I can not thank her enough. She was so kind and such a bright light of energy! She was extremely helpful. The restaurant and pool on the property were fabulous! Breakfast was excellent! House keeping was always so friendly and the place is exquisitely tidy! I most certainly recommend staying here! And you’re right near the bts and shopping! Great location, easy to get around! Loads to do!

We spent a few days at Sivatel Bangkok during our visit to Bangkok and the hotel fully met our expectations. The rooms are large and spacious, the apartment had separate bathrooms, and the views over Bangkok were fantastic. From the very moment of arrival, the staff were incredibly helpful and smiling – without a doubt the greatest asset of this hotel. You truly feel well taken care of and treated like a very important guest. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. The location is excellent – right next to the SkyTrain station and close to many shopping malls. The hotel is also very well connected to both the airport and the city center. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return on our next visit to Bangkok.
