It was our first trip to Bangkok, and the stay here made it a great start for our holiday. From a nice and personalized anniversary greeting, to great crew working in the lobby/reception area, to breakfast area, to rooftop bars - everyone did their best to make you welcome like at home. We had a place on one of the top floors, and I'd say it's definitely worth the price tag! The location, the room space, the views - all the little details they do add up.

I stayed here for two nights as part of a wedding trip on our way to Koh Samui and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, and the pool and amenities were excellent. The included breakfast was a standout — an impressive variety of options, including made-to-order selections. Every staff interaction, from the front desk to room service, housekeeping, and even team members we passed in the hall, was consistently warm and professional. I had a king room that was clean, spacious, and very quiet — I couldn’t hear any outside noise at all. The rooftop, pool, and overall vibe truly made this hotel a great choice. It’s an excellent value for such a prime location.

the care Bow put into preparing our room. Everything was perfectly clean, beautifully arranged, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The flowers were such a lovely surprise and showed real attention to detail. Small gestures like that make a big difference. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms are clean, the housekeeping service is very good, the view is nice, and the location is very good. However, the negatives clearly outweigh the positives. The pool is cold and there are far too few sun loungers. The service at the reception was not very friendly or accommodating. We had already booked our room, but on the day of check-in we noticed that a higher-floor room was available at a lower price. Nevertheless, they refused to give us this room or offer an upgrade at the same price. Additionally, the “shower room” advertised in the room description turned out to be nothing more than a toilet with a shower area that is not properly enclosed and cannot be closed off, which was disappointing. The rooms and the facility definitely does not look like advertised. We have been to Bangkok around ten times and try a different five-star hotel on each visit. This one was by far the worst so far. In our opinion, it does not meet five-star standards. There are plenty of other five-star hotels available at this price point that offer much better value for money, so we would not recommend this hotel.
