I had a very positive experience at Smilebox. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and professional, which immediately creates a comfortable atmosphere. The quality of the treatments is excellent, and the clinic is very clean and efficient. What I really appreciated is that Smilebox schedules multiple treatments in one day, whereas in the Netherlands this often requires several separate appointments. This saves a lot of time and unnecessary return visits. Communication is also excellent, even when you are abroad. I had a root canal and crown fitted here at Smilebox. The Doctors were top notch, spoke excellent English and explained everything very clearly all the way through to completion. The office assistant by the name of Lea was a great help. She followed up with me on everything including emailing me x-rays that I sent to my Dentist in USA. Her bright and cheerful personality made the process flow very smoothly. I would recommend SmileBox to anyone who needs dental care in Bangkok.
