About
A long-standing gold shop in Chinatown with some fame from its appearance in The Hangover II. Carries traditional Thai gold jewelry, though reviewers note staff can be selective about who they assist — dress accordingly when visiting.

Terrible customer service. I walked in dressed casual (it's hot and humid). I asked them with a translator if they could show me their 20in chains that are around 4mm wide. They literally just told me to get out. I had cash ready to buy a $4000 chain too. Best part is, I'm actually a jeweler myself.

Very rude staff. That woman didn't even want to be bothered if you are not Thai. They speak zero English and they don't even want to try. Many locals are busy selling their gold back to the shop. Maybe that's enough to keep it in business.

Terrible service and incredibly rude staff. I frequently buy gold in the U.S. and had a few questions about their products, but the salesperson refused to help and even suggested I go to a store with cheaper gold instead. Completely unprofessional. I'm glad I took my business elsewhere and found exactly what I was looking for. Avoid this place if you expect any level of customer service.
