Perfect location, close to loads of amazing restaurants and fun bars. The pool on level 9 was so clean and spacious. The gym was fantastic. The staff were kind and courteous and helped us a lot. I loved the apartment style rooms - made staying there so comfortable. Highly recommend

The hotel was very clean, everything worked fine - we had a great time and the service is also very good. The surrounding area is great as you can find everything you might need, across the road is a shopping mall with good food selections and the train station is 10min by food. Only thing we were not fully satisfied with was the breakfast and the gym is rather small, with barely gear to work with.

We stayed at Somerset Thonglor for five days over New Year's Eve. We had an apartment with a separate bedroom and desk, which was ideal for us as we both had to work. The apartments are high-quality and newly furnished, even with a small balcony, living room, and small kitchen. The pool is on the 9th floor and is quite large, but there are not enough sun loungers. There is a fitness room and saunas. We weren't impressed with the breakfast. The service is very attentive and the staff are all very friendly. It's a 10-minute walk to BTS Thonglor, with lots of cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby. Thonglor is a very Japanese quarter. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in a sommerset hotel before which was nice but this place was really bad! Let’s start with the bathroom that street noise came through for a reason, load like you sat by the street. The bed has wheels so when my partner moved in the bed, went to bathroom or simply changing position in the night, the bed ran around! 🥲 it wasn’t what I expected for what I have paid 5,xxx per night! The window is not at all noise canceling. You hear the street all day/night. As the hotel is right by the road, you would expect them to think ahead of the issue, specifically when the room costs so much! (I attached 2 videos that I filmed in the morning inside the bathroom with all doors closed) We have complained about the noise and they offered us a new room which was on a floor higher, with a studio room. We have booked a room with kitchen. But as they said ”they were fully booked” they offered that room instead. We went to check the room and the noise was as load as the room we were staying in. Despite the bad sleep and restless, the hotel stuff were nice, warm and welcoming. I was really surprised how the experience went for staying in such a good name hotel!
