Convenient Starbucks located in an open area inside Terminal 21 mall. It’s a good people watching location if you have time to sit and watch the shoppers passing by. I’ve had a variety of coffees and drinks here over the years and the quality is good and the staff are always very helpful and efficient. I appreciated the cute message written on my cup today too - nice touch Starbucks team!

Another Starbucks store that i had visited while i was in Bangkok few weeks back. We were shopping around terminal 21 and wanted a coffee fix and also a nice place to take a breather. We found Starbucks and chose it. The cafe was busy on a weekday afternoon when we visited. But managed to find seats pretty quickly. The coffee was very typical of any Starbucks in the world and the service was appropriate. Overall had a good resting time sipping coffee and people watching.

Ordered Pure Matcha without Whip cream. But Poor Barista made it without Cream like this, Because Once It made with Cream. I orderd and paid all. you guys made mistake but never say sorry becauz I should understand It you made Please be professional. Its Not Free order and your works Not OKay

We ordered 2 drinks and they messed both of them up. When we asked for replacement for the first drink they replaced it but took our receipt. When we noticed the second drink is also wrong they refused to fix it because it said so on the receipt . When we looked at the receipt both of the drinks were wrong even though we ordered something else. Impossible refund, rude service. So before paying ask them to repeat the order. Otherwise you will pay for a drink you don’t want and didn’t even order, funny how that works….
