Absolutely very insulting. I ordered a muffin she asked if I wanted it warmed I replied yes. My order finished I sat to eat and the muffin was cold absolutely cold. She lied to my face she said she warmed it and if I wanted warmer I would have to wait 15 minutes for the microwave to be ready. This is an insult to matured tourist at this place.
