The building is very well-located. It's an expat area full of foreigners, not very local at all. The building is super well-maintained and the security is awesome. There is a tuk-tuk that brings you to Nana Station. The staff are professional and discreet. It is definitely a good place to stay in Bangkok. The best way to get around is by boat.

Little Bunny

Quite old, small gym and pool. Shuttle service is 15 Baht per head per trip. Room layout and decoration is cozy with wood, not like a modern condo.Good view, no building block. Quiet Nana area which is rare. 7-11and Cafe are opposite. Villa market is around the corner. Difficult to find taxi and transportation by car is difficult due to traffic jam and Nana road is one way. Nana station is right in front of the Soi 11 (no escalator, only elevator) with a few 4-star hotels and variety of food. Terrible footpath with loose tiles. Easy to walk to Asoke or Ploenchit and not danger due to night life.

Ragnarok Is Near

The building is full of cockroaches, they are literally everywhere! In a flats, garbage rooms, you can see them In a corridors and elevator! And the juristic office doesn't do anything! They just ask you once a month if you want to invite terminator but it doesn't help!

This building is ok, a bit older but in good condition. They post complaints about everything in the elevator, it's actually kinda funny : from banning shoes outside your door, short term rentals, etc, etc. pool and gym are ok, good security but also many signs to not let anyone you don't know into the building so there must be some problems. The biggest problem in this building is that it's buggy as other reviewers have mentioned which is a maintenance/fumigation problem, as well as a cleanliness problem.
