Nice condominium complex with facilities like clinic, 24 hours laundromat, restaurant, saloon, swimming pool, gym etc. No pets are allowed inside and there is 24 hours security near the entrance. Ouside people are allowed to use it's ground floor facilities.

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Quiet place, lots to do around the area and easy to get to any train or boat for travel around BKK. Will stay here again.

I am living in an apartment which is quite adequate amid well-kept surroundings. Amenities include an air-conditioned gym, table tennis, 25x10m pool and a wading pool for kids, and saunas. There is a laundromat on the ground floor as well as sushi restaurant and a Korean convenience store. A short walk connects one to canal boat travel and the MRT subway system. One stop in either direction lands at Terminal 21 or Central Rama 9 mall for a wide range of shopping.
