I am extremely disappointed with the grooming service my dog received. During the nail trimming, the groomer cut my dog’s nail until it bled, causing an unnecessary injury. What concerns me even more was the way the staff handled my dog, and other dogs. They did not appear to treat my pet with the care and gentleness that every animal deserves. I specifically requested that my dog be given water, and the staff assured me they would. However, when I collected my dog, it was evident that this request had not been followed. In addition, my dog was returned to me while still damp after the shower, which reflects poor grooming standards and inadequate care. The price has never been my primary concern—my dog’s safety, comfort, and well-being are. As a pet owner, I trust groomers to provide a safe, compassionate, and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below those expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, reviews its grooming procedures, and provides better training to ensure that no other pet has to go through a similar experience.
