Sunset Residence Pinklao

I don’t often leave reviews but this place was superb. Big, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, and all at a reasonable price. If you are looking for a more local area to stay in with less tourists whilst still being relatively close to everything look no further. Nice and quiet too which is definitely a bonus in Bangkok!

We have just returned to Sunset for a second year. Yet again the service and cleanliness surpassed expectations and we felt like we were at our second home. PJ, his wife, and staff made us feel so welcome. The room was immaculate, and the location is perfect for experiencing a local environment within a large city. Thank you all at Sunset Residence.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The air conditioning is probably the best I’ve had on my trip. Friendly and attentive staff and owner. Set off a fairly quiet street down a residential side alley so hardly any noise at all which is fantastic for being in a city. Located close to several supermarkets, a great massage parlour and other amenities. Would definitely stay again.
