Supalai City Resort Rama 8

Supalai City Resort Rama 8 is a residential development on Khao San's outskirts, completed in 2019. The condo offers 220 parking spaces, a saltwater pool, and a fitness center—amenities designed for comfortable urban living in a quieter Bangkok location.

The condo complex features a saltwater pool and well-equipped fitness center, with the property delivered in good structural condition in 2019. Some residents note challenges with on-site staff responsiveness and delivery coordination, which may impact day-to-day living experience for prospective buyers.
