The condo was completed in May 2019. The project was delivered and overall, the work was in good condition. There is parking for 220 cars, a saltwater pool, and a fitness center.

The condo is luxurious, but lately the delivery guys are so arrogant. They don't answer the phone, it's hard to contact them, and the security guard is so cocky, saying he just left it and went out. If something goes missing, who's responsible, the delivery rider or the guard? There are tons of customers ordering, but they can't get through. If there's a problem with the guard, he'll just run away like the news stories. I bet it won't be long before this security guard directing cars from building A gets into trouble with a delivery rider. (Night shift, February 6th, 2026)

You're making a big deal out of it. You're delivering food and you have to come and exchange your card. I don't know why you don't just put a table up front. Fix it right away so there won't be any problems. It's terrible.
