Want to leave something for a friend who owns the room. The item didn't have any box at all. It was just a small item that could be seen clearly that it was not dangerous. At first, I didn't know that the time to leave my item was over because I wasn't there... I really understand if the female security guard in the lobby is not convenient to leave my item because it is the rule. But!! I respect the rules of that place if they don't accept the deposit because the time to leave my item is over. But I am not a resident. How would I know? I could have spoken nicely that it would be unacceptable that the time to leave my item was over. But I got scolded both by the female security guard and the supervisor (the supervisor happened to walk by). The supervisor did not help me. He looked down on me and said "Who are you? Why do you cause me trouble?" One more time. There was no need to accept the deposit because you were doing your job. But your duty is to welcome everyone, even non-residents, without making faces or shooing them away with a sarcastic tone. You can check the CCTV footage in the lobby. It was so disappointing. We respectfully speak kindly to everyone, but you were a bad person to others. I felt bad all day that day. Another time, the admin won't understand. "There's no need to accept luggage storage. Just speak nicely when welcoming everyone, even non-residents, and tell them what to do if they don't accept luggage storage, such as 'The condo doesn't accept luggage storage after 6 PM. Please contact the room owner.' That's all. Don't chase them away and tell them to ask for help from the security supervisor with a sarcastic tone. Both the female security guard and the security supervisor are terrible. You have no respect for others. If I had known, I shouldn't have respected you all. (Edited: The security guard in question is a tall and thin female security guard, not the chubby one. The chubby one is cute and has a very good personality.)
