Super OYO 484 Pannee Residence Khaosan (SHA Plus)

This is the most terrible hotel ever. Room is terrible, no clean, dusty, many hairs and trash everywhere. I don't recommend nothing to all people.

The staffs were really nice, helpful and spoke good English. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, the sink in the bathroom overflows easily and there was 1 or 2 mosquitos flying around our room, otherwise the room rate is good enough for a short term stay.

AVOID at all costs! This hotel is running some kind of scam - as multiple people have reported they cancel fully paid agoda, etc bookings. We arrived at 1am after a 7 hour bus ride only to be informed by the extremely rude, disgruntled and unhelpful desk lady that it was MY problem with the booking and it was canceled due to something I did wrong. I've traveled all over the world and the major booking sites simply do not cancel your bookings without notice due to computer glitches, etc. I'm not sure exactly their scheme but it's probably: - the trick people into paying extra in person - hope people walk away and forget to request a refund - long shot as I doubt the staff are smart enough - they want to use your phone behind a barrier to see the booking confirmation, be careful they don't try to install viruses!
