I am the owner of a unit here and I can’t say enough good words about the condo. Excellent management and spotless facilities. The location is also very nice, with restaurants, cafes and shops. It’s hard to find a condo that is both “fancy” and well managed. This is definately the case, the management replies within seconds to any request. The condo has multiple facilities: gym, pool, lounge, multi function room, coworking, game area and even a cinema. Units are well shaped and the layout is better than usual condos. A 40 sq.m unit will give you enough space for a single person or a couple. Definitely recommended!

Very well managed building still looking pristine 2+ years after finishing construction everything looks brand new. We were viewing many other projects before renting here but what we didn’t like even in some more expensive buildings were windows who looked cheap. This project has massive, thick glass windows, floor to ceiling, tinted. The overall quality feels more like in Europe or Australia very well built but that’s not a surprise the co-investor for this building was Japanese construction company listed on stock exchange.
