Tay Residence Bangkok

I stayed at Tay Residence for 2 month and from the first day on had the friendliest and warmest home I could've hoped for. All of the staff are really kind, and helped me to spontaneously find a fitting room to call my home in Bangkok. The flat was very clean, beautiful furniture, and I loved sitting at the desk overlooking Pradhiphat road through the glass walls. The amenities (gym, pool & coworking) in the house are very well kept, and there's a great cafe on the bottom floor. The area around is very peaceful, I went on long walks through the green and quiet streets of Ari and found a lot of cute cafes and restaurants. Overall I had a perfect stay and will definitely recommend it to my friends and fellow travellers. Khop khun khap 😊

Tay Residence has been our home for almost 2 years and it is the best accommodation experience we've had. The building has been around for a few years already but is immaculate and still looks like it's brand new. The furnishings are very high-quality--super comfy beds, classy leather sofas, smart TVs, safe, etc. Internet is already installed and ready to go. Also complete kitchen and bathroom amenities. There's also a modest gym which has 3 cardio machines, dumbbells, and a multi-gym. There is also a co-working space with strong wifi and tons of plug points/outlets. All you need is just your suitcase to move in. Location-wise, it is in a quiet area of Pradiphat Street, a well-known street for foodies with lots of bars, mookrata, and also Camping Ground. It's a bit of a walk to the BTS but there is a bus stop a few steps away and it's also a pickup point for MuvMi tuktuks. A big 7-Eleven is beside it, along with 24/7 coin laundry, and numerous cafes which is super convenient. Must try is Corner Room, the cafe also inside the building. Excellent coffee and pastries! The best part is the lovely staff of Tay. Our stay is so much more memorable because of how we were taken care of everyone. K'Pook, the owner, and K'Nong are such great hosts and super generous, always giving us presents on special days and freshly harvested fruits! The staff keep our rooms super tidy even if it's always getting messy by our young kid! The security staff always greets us with a smile which always makes our day. Even during emergencies or odd requests, the staff always helps out and are always available. We are super grateful to everyone! If you're looking for a long-term serviced apartment, Tay has great affordability and value in this area of Bangkok. Or even for a short stay, Tay is super comfortable and great value! Highly recommend this place!

This is my ideal place to stay whenever I travel to Bangkok. The room is clean and well-equipped, and the reception staff are always helpful and attentive whenever I have questions. My only regret is that I didn’t have more time to stay here. ❤️
